Found my Rubik's cube!

Did you know you can "learn" how to solve the Rubik's cube? it's some sort of logarithm. Heck when you buy the cube there are instructions to do it! and it's not hard.. well... The first two level is actually really easy to do. It's hard to explain but if you understand how it works the first low layers are easy.. it's the other two that I do not remember. And honestly, I memorized how to do the last two layers back in the day and never really "learned" it. But it's pretty awesome when I use to be able to finish it.

My Uggs alternative

I practically lived in my Uggs during the winter. When I saw these Nine West booties. I knew it would be a good alternative to my Uggs when the weather is a little warmer. I only paid $19.99 for them. W00t! 

Well just another Wednesday. As usually deciding what's for lunch is a pain.. but a coworker reminded me of the dumpling truck that's parked one block from the office .. ( Wednesday, downtown NYC )

Waffle Cart? My coworkers getting more food for lunch...Me? personally too cheap to pay $5 for a waffle ( a small one )

My lunch for today... the dumpling was 6 pc for $6 and the sesame noodle was $3.

The Verdict:
I personally don't think it's THAT great. My coworkers tells me it's awesome.. a little overrated for me. It's just steamed dumplings. Really not that special and the price is definitely not right. $1 per dumplings? nah I don't think so.
I will add the pick of the actual dumplings like a little bit.

My First Chanel Quad - Les 4 Ombres 14 Mystic Eys

Woo Hoo.. Macy's shipping is really fast.. Well considering how much I paid for this thing... Yicks. $57 plus tax. Really? i know.. I think this will be the one and only one I will ever buy. ( Thank goodness for the free shipping)

 I was a little surprise at how it was packaged. It was a big 12" X 10" paddled envelop with not extra padding inside. So the product was just moving in the envelop the whole way to my house. But the quad came in one piece.

The colors are truly beautiful and it should be a really wearable quad ( Ehh Hem) from what I read online. Haven't touched it yet... I will use this tomorrow.. hee  hee

Sally Hanson Salon Effects Review in 350 - MIsbehaved

Last week Rite Aid had Sally Hanson on sale for buy 1 get one 50% off. So I finally shell out the $$ for these. I got one in Misbehaved and one in Flower Girl. I've seen the ones at Sephora but they are like $15!
Sally Hanson's are $ 9.79 + tax.

You get 8 pieces in different sizes in each "inner packs". You get two sets of these.

Misbehaved is a really pretty metalic gold with what's like a "netted stocking" Yup like the ones you wear on your legs. I think that is why they call this print "misbehaved".
The first time applying this took a little longer then I expected. I think it took about 30 minutes? ( keep in mind I was also watching Cupcake Wars on the Food Chanel )

Application is pretty easy breazy...I think Sally Hanson is trying really hard to make these strips fit for most people. The smallest strips was actaually too small for even my pinky nail and the biggest strips are too big for even my thumb.



I was able to use only 6 strips to cover all my fingernails. You just have to be careful when you remove the excess and use the rest for another fingers. Of course this will only work if your nails are not too long. So I have 12 strips left for another manicure.

It claimed to last up to 10 days so I will come back to this post in 10 days and let you guys know.. yeah?

Edit: So these things STAYS on really well. I cleaned and wash dishes with them and it lasted a FULL 6 days. By the 7th the point finger and the thumb area was rubbing off a little bit. I can absolutely wear it for a few more day but honestly by that time I was just tired and done with the print. Over I love this product. I can wait from them to come out with more prints. I would have to say taking them off was not as easy as I thought. It took a lot of nail polish remover.

Happy New Year everyone! Is it really 2011?? Am I really 28??

I don't have a lot of friends.. but I sure do have the best ones!!

There were a few things I really really wanted.. It's not that I can't purchase them myself but sometimes it just means more when friends gets them for you.

Let's see, I wanted to make my own over the top cell phone cover for a while now. I used the prepackage items from Les Tai Tai. This is an UK company but they ships the U.S. They are known for their Model Mirrors... maybe I'll get them next time... but but  but .. there's sometime more exciting.. to the Deco Deluxe we go...

 I would recommend getting Epoxy ( also from LesTai Tai). I've tried cement glue before. That didn't work too well.

 This is an old case from Apple. The one that Apple gave all the Iphone 4 people free? Well this is the one I picked... BUT don't get this one.. The clear plastic get scratches really easily.
